Our saunas

Our „mountain hut“ is built with wood taken from original old mountain huts and has a very special and relaxing environment. Thanks to the mild temperatures (60 – 70°C) and high humidity (40°), it slowly heats the body and purifies the respiratory system.

The dry heat bath stimulates skin transpiration, increases immune responses and reduces stress. Temperature ranges between 80° and 100° with humidity around 20%. Allow yourselves moments of pure relaxation in our marvellous Finnish sauna!

Phyto-balneotherapy purifies the skin and stimulates blood circulation thanks to the heat developed by fermented alpine herbs. Enjoy the warmth of the heat while comfortably sitting on a heated armchair.

The steam bath has unquestionable beneficial effects on body and mind. With temperatures between 40° and 60° and humidity between 90% and 100% it reduces stress, tonifies the body, reduces rheumatic pains and purifies the skin.

The heat of infrared rays has beneficial effects on body and mind. It relaxes the muscles, stimulates, eases movements and increases blood circulation – a relaxing experience not to be missed!
