Can I cancel my reservation due to the Corona Virus?

The current situation linked to the spread of the Corona Virus leads us to understand the fears of our customers and consequently adjust the cancellation policy.
In case you should not be able to come for your holidays, due to restrictive measures (state of emergency, quarantine, restrictions on transports), the reservation can be cancelled free of charge within 3 days prior your arrival. The deposit can be reused in any case for future reservations or refunded by bank transfer.

The situation around the Covid-19 is calming down and we have taken all necessary precautions so that you and our employees can feel comfortable and safe.

• Plexiglass partition for safety
• Compliance with the safety distance by means of floor markings
• All employees at the reception and employees of apartment cleaning will work with mouth-nose protection
• A kit of protective masks, gloves and hand gel with disinfectant are available to our guests at any time (for sale)
• Disinfectant dispenser
• Objects that are touched by several people are regularly disinfected

 You will find disinfectant dispensers with a hand sensor at the main entrance and in the corridors, as well as in the public toilet and in front of the ski depot (for bicycle storage in summer)
 All employees are informed and trained about constantly new standards
 Use of antibacterial and antiviral products (medical aids) to clean the apartments
 Regular hand washing and the use of disinfectants is recommended.

What do I do if I think I've been infected?
If you observe symptoms during your stay or if you suspect that you have become infected, notify the reception immediately and call the green number 800 751 751, where they will inform you what the next steps are.

Included services & pricing information (General terms)

  • Our apartments are all equipped with linen and towels, washing machine, telephone, satellite TV, digital radio, free Internet Wi-Fi, hair dryer and safety lock.
  • The price includes one weekly replacement of bed linen and towels (in the middle of each week), full cleaning service after check out, access to wellness and fitness areas and game room.
  • In quite every 4-bed-apartment and 6-bed-apartment we can put an additional bed.
  • Local Tourist Tax (€ 1,90 per person and day - Children and adolescents under 14 years are exempt from levy) not included in the price.
  • Pets are welcome - € 10,00 per day VAT included.
  • We are sure you will understand that if you should arrive late or leave early, we will charge you the whole price agreed for the stay.
  • We kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Your apartment will become available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival (compatibly the the availibity of the apartment). If you arrive after 7.00 pm, you are kindly requested to communicate it by phone.
  • A guarantee payment is required in order to confirm your reservation.
  • Deposit: 30% of the total cost by bank transfer/credit card.
  • In compliance with art. 1385 and 1386 of the Italian civil code, the guarantee payment will not be returned if you cancel your stay. It will be at the owner's discretion to decide to keep it as deposit for the next booking.
  • Please note our cancellation policy: up to 31 day before 30%, from 30 days 40%, no show 50% of the hole booking.
  • For little children we put at your disposal baby beds with linen.
  • Washing machine and dryer available (coins).
  • Private outdoor parking and garden.
  • Wellness bathrobes rental (€ 10,00 per week). Our wellness towels are free of charge.
  • Fresh bread every morning (additional charges applies).
  • We don't accept American Express credit card.
  • Access to the wellness center ist not allowed to children under 14 years. We thank you for your understanding!

It’s been months that we’ve waited for the moment to share our mountains with you. We trusted until the end, but unfortunately we have to postpone this dream to next year.
Given the situation of enormous uncertainty and to ensure prevention and safety we have finally decided that the ski lifts in Alta Badia will not open this winter season.
